Tai Chi for Health and Rehab

If you've had the pleasure of trying a taichi class at the California Martial Arts Academy located in Irvine, CA, you'll understand what I'm talking about. With so many taichi instructors teaching at parks, houses, community centers, it's hard to distinguish if what you're doing is correct. Just take note, if you're mobility is not improving after taking your taichi class, something may be wrong. Tai Chi instruction at CMA will teach you how to move (correctly). Some of our students re drenched with sweat after a class of 8 pieces of brocade and other tai chi exercises.

WebMD just posted an article on the effects of Tai Chi and Arthritis Pain. http://arthritis.webmd.com/news/20090604/tai-chi-may-ease-arthritis-pain?src=RSS_PUBLIC.

The tai chi classes here at CMA are offered twice a week. You'll focus on Yang style tai chi and 8 pieces of brocade. A great alternative to breaking a sweat, increasing stability and flexibility for someone that is looking for something slower paced.
