CMA and KBOC Team Up

California Martial Arts Academy and Kettlebells Orange County partner up to offer you the best in physical, functional and martial arts training. CMA's vision is to offer their students and the community the best in physical wellness. "Yes there is always a risk in training in martial arts but if it's done methodically with strict focus on form and functionality, you minimize those risk," said Jon Kurtz, Chief Instructor of CMA.

KBOC offers the methodology behind the functional movement patterns. Many of our students come to kettlebell class as a last resort to rehab their injuries. After a few weeks of training, shoulder, knee and back problems are a thing of the past. "I'd say come check out with the RKC system of kettlebells has to offer...sometimes seeking out kettlebell training after you've tried everything else is too late," says Kingston Heng, RKC.

KBOC will host their first class at CMA on Thursday, June 25, 2009 in their Irvine facility. This course is the first of many on going kettlebell and fitness classes offered at CMA.
