California Martial Arts goes HARDSTYLE!

CMA Instructors Kingston Heng and Celina Reed participated in the Russian Kettlebell Challenge.

The 3-Day workshop tested RKC candidates on the Basic Requirements to be a Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor. We met the world's elite strength and conditioning coaches and was taught more in depth and in fine detail the benefits of kettlebell training.

"I started training with kettlebells to increase strength and power. After a month or two, I noticed a difference in my grabs and strikes. I also felt more flexible, and injuries that I had occurred throughout the years of my martial arts training were non existent," said Chief Instructor Kingston Heng.

Kettlebells isn't just for martial artist or power lifters. It can benefit everyone. If you're trying to slim down, it will do that. If you're trying to gain size, it will do that as well!

Kettlebell classes will be offered at California Martial Arts facilities in the future.
